2 Food safety Manager, Certified Food Manager (CFM) safe serving training online, plus proctoring. SD requires both training and passing an exam. You can take the 8 hour training online from Rserving.com, but you will have to come to Radio Shack in Madison, and they can proctor the exam for you. The online training at Rserving.com means you can work on the training at your own pace, then you can call Radio Shack in Madison, and they will give you the proctored exam. This allows you to get it done when you are going to be in the Madison area. Plan on an hour for the proctored exam at Radio Shack. Once you have finished the proctored exam, it is sent in for grading, and you will be sent a certificate in the mail, and the your name will be added to the state database as a CFM (Certified Food Manager)
